The Therapy Book Club blends the comfort of a good read with the power of group therapy — creating a space to explore your inner world through books, guided conversations, and supportive connection.

Each session, we dive into thought-provoking titles that open doors to deeper self-understanding, emotional resilience, and personal growth — all in a warm, confidential setting led by a licensed therapist.

Whether you're on a healing journey or just craving authentic connection, this is your invitation to show up, speak up, and grow — one chapter at a time.

All book club members will have access to the Ox Lot Books store after store hours and before session time. It will stay open between 5pm-6pm . You are welcome to come by early and shop, sit and wait for the meeting, or catch up with book club members. We're excited to have you join the therapy book club community!

How to Join

• Reserve your spot by signing up. Fill out the form below, then an invoice will be sent to you for the number of sessions you chose and our current read : Let Them By Mel Robbins. You will receive a 15% discount and your book will be available for pick up at Ox Lot Books in Covington, LA.

  Cost

• $20 per session paid via invoice when you sign up, prior to the session.

• You can also use your insurance by navigating to the Schedule tab or the Contact Me tab to inquire more about insurance coverage.
